J-FIT is a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness destination. No matter your fitness level, members can enjoy a variety of classes and amenities curated with a single goal: to help you achieve your highest fitness potential.

Our current roster of 53 classes a week is sure to offer you many opportunities to improve your health and wellness goals. Each month the classes evolve and revolve based on feedback from members and a team of talented fitness instructors.

ON THE HORIZON

Over the course of the next year, the JCC Jersey Shore will grow its personal training, nutrition and massage departments to meet the needs of our expanding membership.

LUNCH & LEARN SERIES

Come to one of our weekly Lunch & Learns to meet our staff and expand your health and wellness horizons. Each week we delve into a different experience, wellness activity or host a Q&A with a speaker that is meant to enrich the lives of our members.

 

As a member of J-FIT you’ll have access to:

  53 group fitness classes per week
  Five fitness studios including a yoga studio, cycling studio, a women's only studio, and two mixed-use studios
  Three pools including a newly-renovated temperature controlled 25-meter indoor lap pool with six lanes and two outdoor pools
  Two full / four half indoor basketball courts
  Two racquetball courts
  Two outdoor handball and paddleball courts
  Two multiple outdoor basketball courts
  Two outdoor volleyball courts
  Two baseball fields
  One indoor multipurpose gymnasium
  One outdoor soccer field
